International Journal of MC Square Scientific Research (IJMSR) as publisher of International Journal of MC Square Scientific Research (E-ISSN: 0975-0932) presumes their responsibilities of article review, decisions, revisions and publication process in dedicative way and IJMSR consider themselves to serious on their given ethical statement other commitment. IJMSR are responsible to ensure the article related advertisement, reprint, and other commercial activities, which does not have any impact with editorial decisions. In addition, IJMSR publisher, editorial board member, and reviewer can be also part of other journals; where, they find their usefulness and suitability with necessities.
Article publication decisions
The Editor-in-chief have full rights and access to decide that which submitted article can be proceed for publication. The research work validation, article work justification, may be asked multiple queries, which authors should answer. The editor-in-chief follows the journal policy, criteria, and editorial board concern to accept the articles for publications. The editor-in-chief can take legal action against force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism issues. The editors in can confer with other editorial members or reviewer committee for taking decision.

Editor reviews the article with their intellectual content based on their time flexibilities without consideration of race, sex, sexual orientation, religious belief, nationality, citizenship, or political philosophy.

The editor-in-chief or editorial team member should not disclose any information about submitted article with other people rather than the relevant writer, reviewers, prospective reviewers, other editorial advisors, and the publisher.

The content contained in a submitted article should not be used for Editor-in-chief's own work without the author's express written consent.
Reviewers Responsibilities
Activities to Editorial Decisions
The double blind review helps Editor-in-chief to take editorial decision and communicate author about editorial decision. Where, he may ask to authors for improving/ revising the articles.
Promptness
Any of selected referee panel observed that its unqualified research report in article or aware its prompt review process then it should be reported to Editor-in-chief and excuse himself from the reviewing process.
Confidentiality
All submitted article for review should treated as confidential of authors. It should not be disclosed directly or indirectly with others people rather than permitted Editor-in-chief/Editorial team member
Objective Standardizations
All reviewing process should be conducted with specific objective. Where, author's individual criticism is inappropriate. Reviewers need to be expressed their clear concern with specific justifications to improve the article quality.
Acknowledgement of Sources
Reviewers acknowledge the relevant published work, which is not cited by authors. Any technique/method, statement, derivation, argument is used by author directly without citations then it must should be reported and recommended to cite relevant published work. Reviewer can report or discusses about current article decision, if current article is overlapping or having more similarity with published article.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Any novel or innovation ideas/information, which is suggested, by referee that should not be disclosed publicly or it should not be utilized for individual benefits. Referee will not consider those articles, which have conflicts of interest, result from competitive sources, collaborations, or connections with any other authors, industries, or institutions relation with articles.
Author Responsibilities
Reporting Style
Author should carry out clear description of the research work and inform the analysis of its relevance findings of original research. The background information should be correctly shown in the journal. In a document, sufficient information and references should be provided to encourage others for reproducing the study. Fraudulent and intentionally misleading claims are dishonest or inacceptable behaviour.
Data Access and Retention
The author should provide raw data pertaining to a report for editorial review and be willing to make it available to the public (in accordance with the ALPSP-STM Information and Data Base Statement), if possible, and should be prepared, in all cases, to preserve that information for a reasonable period of time after publication.
Originality and Plagiarism
The authors must ensure that they have published completely original works, and it is correctly referenced and quoted if the writers have used works and/or words of others. It should be make sure that Plagiarism should not be more than 20%.
Multiple and Concurrent Publication
The author should not necessarily publish similar research work in more than one journal or primary publication. The publication of the same paper in more than one journal is both legal and unethical.
Sources of Acknowledgement
The work of other authors must always be acknowledged appropriately. Authors should quote publications that influence the nature of the reports
Article Ownership
Authorship should be limited to those who contributed considerably to the concept, design, implementation, and analysis of the research study. All those who wrote significantly should be classified as co-authors. If others involved in some important aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged and identified as contributors. The corresponding author must ensure that the final version of the article is accepted and approved by all co-authors and no unacceptable co-authors that they have agreed to apply it for publication.
Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects
When product, procedure, or device is used with chemicals or any unexpected in their use, the author must be clearly describe them specifically in the document.
Conflicts of Interest and Funding Information
Any financial or other potential conflict of interest that could affect the conclusions or analysis of their manuscript should be expressed in their articles by all authors. The research work must report all sources of financial support.
Published article fundamental errors
When the author finds that his own published work has caused a significant mistake or inaccuracy, the author is responsible for contacting the journal publisher immediately and consulting with the editor to rectify and correct the article.
